Company Secretarial
Our company secretarial service is one that nearly all our incorporated clients buy into simply because its a very efficient way of maintaining statutory books (such as the register of members, register of directors etc.) and making returns. In recent years the filing requirements have become more onerous with the advent of the Persons of Significant Control (”PSC”) requirements. With us statutory books are maintained on software that would be uneconomic for most clients to acquire. It facilitates electronic filing direct into Companies House. We will also seek to ensure that you file your annual Confirmation Statement on time. We don’t charge separately for these services: they are rolled up into your annual fee.
We also allow client companies to use our offices as their registered office and for company directors to use our offices as their correspondence address. We charge £50 + VAT per annum for each time our address is used.
Companies don’t come into being out of thin air: they need to be incorporated. On-line incorporation takes up to 24 hours, but often substantially less. We charge a minimum of £100 + VAT for incorporating a company, but up to £300 + VAT if the company need a PAYE scheme and VAT registration.
