Aarti is an experienced operations professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting businesses across a variety of sectors, including finance, healthcare, retail, property and the motor trade. As Group Operations Director at Citrus Group, she works closely with the leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the business, drive operational efficiency and help deliver an excellent client experience.
Throughout her career, Aarti has built a strong reputation for developing effective processes, leading high-performing teams and implementing practical solutions that make a real difference to how businesses operate. She is passionate about creating organised, people-focused working environments and takes pride in finding improvements that benefit both the team and the clients they serve.
With a broad operational background and a keen eye for continuous improvement, Aarti plays a vital role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, team development and ongoing growth.
Outside of work, Aarti enjoys travelling, Formula 1 and cooking.
