Raja Ayub, General Practice Accountant and Practice Manager
Raja is an FCCA-qualified accountant and practice manager with over two decades of experience supporting businesses of every shape and size, from sole-trader market stalls through to substantial owner-managed companies and high net-worth individuals. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, he has built a reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice across the full spectrum of UK business, with a particular strength in working alongside entrepreneurs and family businesses through every
stage of their journey.
Raja sees his role as more than that of a traditional accountant. He positions himself as the support an entrepreneur needs to grow, a trusted adviser who walks alongside clients from their very first invoice through to scaling, restructuring, succession, and exit. Whether that means helping a small business person formalise their bookkeeping, guiding an ambitious founder through their first hire and funding round, or advising an established business owner
on protecting and passing on family wealth, his focus is the same, understanding the client’s goals and helping them get there, step by step.
As practice manager, Raja combines technical capability with strong operational leadership. He oversees client service delivery, team development, and quality control, ensuring that work is delivered to a consistently high standard and that clients receive proactive, responsive support. He is known among colleagues and clients alike for his approachable manner, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex accounting and tax matters into clear, actionable advice.
